With its large covered patio, private pool and deck, Alamanda backs onto local playing fields and enjoys a continuous cooling breeze, which rolls down the hills from the nearby sugar plantations. A very good selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are located nearby. Bars, banks, a supermarket, post office, doctor's surgery and an air-conditioned shopping mall - with duty free shops - are all within a few minutes walk. Alamanda villa is tastefully furnished throughout.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned and all rooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The spacious, light and airy open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is equipped with flat screen TV, VCR, CD/cassette/radio stereo system and 2 telephones (for accepting incoming calls and making outgoing local calls - which are free). Subscription to CBC Multichoice (cable TV) is included offering numerous channels including CNN, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, Cartoon Network, BBC, ESPN.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, oven/hob, microwave, coffee maker and a blender.
The accommodation's living areas open out onto the large L-shaped, covered veranda complete with comfortable rattan sofa, chairs, coffee table, gas barbeque, dining table and 6 chairs. The veranda opens onto a private pool with deck and 6 loungers overlooking the villa's beautiful tropical garden which is attractively illuminated at night.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. A hairdryer is also supplied for Alamanda's guests.

The other two twin-bedded rooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have electronic combination safes for secure storage of money, jewellery, cameras and other valuables.

Alamanda is located opposite Discovery Bay Hotel, which is just 100 metres from the villa. Beach access is via paths on either side of the hotel.

Many water sports including scuba diving and snorkelling are available locally.
